I was there three nights. Unable to use the tv once. Volume didn’t work on the remote the first night so I couldn’t hear it. I told front desk the next morning. The second night I was coming down the hallway and could hear the tv it was so loud. There was a new remote and the tv volume was cranked to 100 but the volume wouldn’t come down even with the new remote. I again told the front desk the next morning. When I turned the tv on that night the cable wasn’t connected. The screen said antenna cable disconnected. I couldn’t believe it!! Housekeeping did not come once. Both mornings when I left, the housekeeper was literally in the hallway, right there! They knew I had left and still didn’t clean it. I will be contacting corporate and reporting this also. I am pretty unhappy about both things. One or the other would be bad enough. If you stay here make sure you request housekeeping service when you leave in the morning.

This hotel is having renovations done. The first room we were put in smelled so musty and had a smell of urine. The carpets need some cleaning. I wore white socks and they were dirty this morning. The elevator was not working and was kinda rough going up with a disabled person. The staff was very nice.

The workers were there at until 11:00p., and the exit doors were propped open, making the stairwell area open, and the customers vulnerable to anyone walking by. Very unsafe. No elevators available. All guess had to take the stairs to the second and third floor. Remodel started on the third floor, which were loud and very inconvenient to the customers that were trying to sleep at 10:00p. We were a guest of four, and only given three towels, no blow dry, no trashcan.
