Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. 同じエリアのアリーナのイベントデジタル利用しましたが、近くて利用が利用しやすかったと思います。 オプションの朝食ビュッフェは価格はお高めですが、卓袱料理はありませんが、長崎の名物料理はかなりの種類が揃っており美味しかったですね

総合的にとても良いホテルでした。備品や建物のデザインなど質が良いと思います。快適に過ごせました。 スタッフの皆様は丁寧なのですが、やはり開業1年経ってもホスピタリティという面でビジネスホテル並みか以下と感じます。以下気になった点です。 ・フロントの方、駐車場利用のQRコードの利用方法の説明なし ・駐車場がわかりにくいと多くの人が言っているにも関わらず事前メールはGoogleマップのリンクのみ(道を知ってないと難しいと思います) ・フロントの方、はーいと間の抜けた返事で驚きました ・
