The hotel is very clean, and the staff is kind and helpful. The onsite parking is located right in front of your room, which is very convenient.

普通には過ごせた。

部屋の写真だけ見て急いでいたので、予約したが、現地に行ってコンテナハウスである事を知ってビックリした。部屋はまだ新しいのか綺麗で普通のビジネスホテルと変わらないが、夜中大雨が降った時にかなり雨音が気になった。サービスの冷凍食品はイマイチ。アプリのポイントで安価で泊まれたが、同じ値段払うならアパか東横インの方が落ち着けると思う。

初のコンテナタイプの部屋に滞在したが、全く不便を感じなかった。シャワーヘッドは驚く程強力だし、シャンプーやコンディショナー等のアメニティにもセンスの良さを感じた。概ね満足でした！

コンテナの目の前に車を停められるので、荷物を取りに何回も行き来できて、便利でした。簡単なお弁当も付いていたので朝ごはんにいただきましたが、助かりました。今回初めて泊まりましたが、システムをわかったので次回はもっと便利に利用できると思いました。

以前から気になっていたR9 The Yardさん。今回初めて利用させて貰いましたが、期待以上の快適さでした。夫婦でドライブ旅行が多いのですが、車を部屋のすぐ外に停められるので、荷物の出し入れや、出発前の準備などに無駄がなく非常に使い勝手が良かったです。また、部屋のサイズも一般的なシティホテルの同クラスに比べると一回り広く、手狭感はなく、隣室と接していないので音も気にならないにも関わらずリーズナブルなお値段で言うことなしです。備え付け設備も２ドアタイプ冷蔵庫に各室電子レンジは素泊まり利用者には強い味方ですね。大満足で、次回以降のドライブ旅行には第一候補で探したいと思いますが、今回のお部屋は備え付けのレンジのあたため機能にやや問題があったので施設コンディションは☆4にさせて貰いました。是非また利用したいと思います。

参りました。部屋ロック(Ｕ字)が壊れていて、室外に出た時に勝手にロックされてしまいました。再度入室することができず、荷物が室内に残ったまま閉め出されました。スタッフの方が対応してくれましたが、どうにもならず。結局、車の中で寝ることになりました。後日、荷物を取りに行くことになり、再訪問しました。最悪でした。

部屋の外の音はほぼ聞こえないので静かに過ごせた施錠の解錠は暗証番号4桁なので鍵を持ち歩く手間が省けて便利部屋を出る時にピピピと音が鳴る止め方が分からなかったが1分ほどで鳴りやんで施錠された

フロントの人が日本語をよく理解しない

受付の人が日本語をよく話せないので、困った。 4桁の番号、例えば「1234とコメ印」というのだがそのコメ印がよく分からない。文字を印刷したものも見せるのだが意味不明。アスタリスクならまだ分かりやすいものの、見せられたのは「1234※」であった。何のことか皆目分からない。そういうわけで部屋に入るまでにかなりの時間が掛かった。
