A stain on the carpet near the toilet Shower head held up by literal tape, condition of the hotel seems to be too old Onsen can only be used by males. Good things: coin washers, happy hour free drinks

The overall stay was okay. The room was very worn and the most welcoming space was the reception. That being said staff were helpful and everything was clean

1. Don't seem to accept foreign credit cards so had to run to an ATM to pay 2. Wouldn't let me use the phone to call my cc company saying the phone didn't work, despite them not trying the number I asked 3. Reeks of smoke due to a smoking floor being right in the lobby 4. 'breakfast' is very limited and includes no source of protein

This hotel is clean and quiet. price is cheap. staffs are friendly, they clean the room everyday while most hotels don't do it these days.

The location is a 15 min walk from Nagoya station. There is a Family Mart near the place. They have free breakfast and happy hour.
