駅前で食べ物に困る事はなかったが、駐車場が徒歩5分弱で立体駐車場の為、荷物を忘れたとか、雨の日とか不便さを感じた。別料金というのも最初に言って欲しかった

深夜に不都合がありましたが、スタッフの方は丁寧に対応してくださいました。翌朝にはフロントへ事情を説明し、責任者が不在のため、メールでのやり取りに。ご面倒をおかけしたにも関わらず迅速な対応には感謝しています。客室の利便性や料金、そしてスタッフの皆さんの対応には全体的に満足しており、またぜひ利用したいと感じました。

駅から近くコンビニやスーパーなどにも近いです。客室や設備は古いですが、ちゃんと清掃はされてますし水回りもきれいです。 1点だけ上げるとすれば、シャワーカーテンが短いので横からの水漏れしてしまいます。そこはもうちょっと長さに余裕があるカーテンにしてほしいなと思いました。
