For North American travellers, this property is much better than its rating. It is a beautiful property about a 10-15 minute taxi ride from Nagoya station. Local train station from the hotel is about a 5 minute walk. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Most spoke enough English to help us navigate the local sights and train system. Many restaurants and stores in the area. It took us about 10 minutes to get from the hotel to Nagoya castle. Very highly recommended

The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of shopping and good restaurants nearby. Need to be careful using the bathtub as it’s very slippery.

Tokyu Nagoya is a great hotel. The breakfast was superb, the business centre nice to relax for a drink and staff were very friendly. Its in the Sahljae with plenty of eating options. We enojoyed our stay and would reco.mend to others.

Hotel needs better trained staff.

Untrained & arrogant staff. The bell Desk booked the wrong taxi leading to delay & extra costs. He is Untrained for the job he is tasked for. The FO Manager was rude & arrogant. When asked to speak to his manager, said he is the highest ranking person the guest can talk to! Never seen such arrogance in the hospitality sector. And that too in Japan. Rooms are dated but ok & location is nice. Avoid rooms on lower floors as they have no view.

Sorry for the followings; 1. No English News channels on TV, no Youtube, No movie channels like Disney+ 2. Closing GYM from 8AM to noon 3. Restaurant for breakfast was too cramped (space is not big enough)

Location is a plus

Great location. Amenities are complete. Besides a 24 hr grocery and drugstore where all the tourgroups go so it was great because we can complete our shopping easily
