Island Trader has been fully remodeled creating spacious open living with water views from the majority of the home. The modern, elegantly furnished interior will soothe your soul with a coastal theme and bright accents. A fully equipped kitchen is equipped with the chef in mind, so be sure to bring along your favorite recipes. The large sunroom overlooks your dock, two canals, and has Roanoke sound views where you can unplug and read a book. Catch a movie on the 65-inch Smart TV as you relax in the large living room on the leather reclining sofa or oversized chairs. High-speed internet allows you to enjoy all of your favorite streaming options. Unwind and get a restful night\'s sleep in any of the three bedrooms with smart TVs. The large en-suite has a king bed, walk-in custom tile shower, and double vanity. The remaining two rooms offer queen beds and share a bath with a soaking tub finished with a tile surround. The laundry room is convenient for all. The ground level features a covered outdoor living area, a 50-inch smart TV, a full bath, an outdoor shower, an electric vehicle recharging station, a sun deck, and access to the dock.
