This is a nice motel. It's not fancy, but is comfortable, clean, and is oceanfront. The kitchenette enabled us to not have to eat out every meal. It has a nice indoor pool and hot tub for the winter.The staff were great.

Our room was clean, and check in/out was painless. For the very low price we paid this was a great *_off-season_* accommodation. When we visited, we found the indoor pool had been closed for a number of years, but this was not advertised on the listing, and ended up being a minor disappointment. The overall condition/upkeep is somewhat lacking, but this is forgivable given the off-season room price and availability. The ocean view from the 3rd floor is pretty good, the off-season sunrise/sets were beautiful. If you want to see the ocean, I highly recommend against floors 1 and 2. The location is really great in terms of distance to food and local attractions.

Beach front room- would have been a nice view if they’d actually cleaned the windows. Dead cockroach greeted us upon entering the room. Not many toiletries provided, with promise of being able to pick some up from the office. Office however never staffed and toiletries not restocked. All in all, ok if paying around $60 per night (Elite room).
