Dolphin's Walk is a four bedroom, three level reverse floor plan, oceanfront duplex in the heart of Nags Head! Fantastic views, steps to the beach, walking distance to restaurants, grocery and shopping. **NEW HOT TUB ** Smart TV's, High Speed Wi-Fi, and more! Four Bedrooms, four and half baths, plenty of room for the whole family! Sea Pointe neighborhood pool and tennis courts are just steps from your door. Sea Pointe pool is seasonal and operates mid May - mid September 15, 2026.
Linens and towels are provided. Indoor fireplace is not operational

The Town of Nags Head is preparing for its next beach nourishment project, which may begin as early as the summer of 2026. The project area extends from Bonnett Street at 2919 South Virginia Dare Trail South to the town limits adjacent to Cape Hatteras National Seashore. Ocean view great. There is a "pass" between the dune that makes for a flat walk to the beach. House is nicely decorated, updated and clean. Seating is comfortable for six adults in living room. 3 of the 4 bedrooms have private bathrooms. Kitchen had most supplies for cooking meals. Beds comfortable. Showers had good water pressure. No access to garage. Fantastic location.There are video cameras at the exits, which are fine. BUT, the one on the back deck felt intrusive bc we socialized out there a lot and felt like big brother was watching/listening to us. They said they won't view it unless there's a problem but still, you never know. Just creepy.

Great beachfront property

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. House is well maintained and we loved having the hot tub to come back to after swimming in the ocean which was still very cold in early April. The house is in a good location to other activities in the area like the dunes, lighthouses, aquarium, restaurants, and shopping.

My fishing team had a fantastic time, considering that we did not get to enjoy the home as much as we would've wanted to. We were out on a fishing boat all day, but nonetheless, I highly recommend this piece of property to any.

Great Ocean View from the Living Room!

We enjoyed this spacious getaway beach gem on the last week of April, just before the season begins. We loved the view from inside the house and the deck. We loved the location--easy to get to both highways, walking distance to grocery store, close to Jockeys Ridge and Wright memorial. The house has everything you need and is immaculate.
