Wonderful Getaway

Our family and friends had such a wonderful experience with Vrbo and Beach Realty. Lynn, DJ and the rest of the Beach Realty staff were friendly and helpful and prompt with communication.

Very clean and great location!

Property management company was very responsive and nice to work with. House was clean and it was nice to have beds made and towels ready for us when we got there. Only negatives were that we had issues with both dishwashers (one wouldn’t drain and the other had a spring missing on the door and the bottom rack kept coming off the track), the TVs are really outdated so we couldn’t use a Roku or Firestick and the inside of the kitchen drawers and the curtains in the living area could all use a good cleaning. Other than that, layout was great, location was great and the big kitchen table was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner! If we decide to visit Outer Banks again next year, we will definitely consider this property.

Great location

This was a great place for us to experience OBX life. Close enough to "town", shopping, activities. Far enough away to be quiet. We could easily get out and run/bike on the road in front every morning. With a public access beach a hundred yards down the road, getting in the sand and water was quick and easy. When we had minor issues with the lock, the front office was quick to assist and get it fixed. Thanks for a great week on the island.
