**If you leave prior to 10AM, please send me a quick text/message (757-289-4648). Our cleaner is usually in the area and can start cleaning early for the next guest!**
Place linens (towels, bed sheets, kitchen towels) in the bathtub in the hallway. Please do not put blankets/quilts in the bathtub. If towels are wet, the dark colors bleed into the white sheets!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-This is a mature, family home. We take great pride in our cottage. If you are a party group/college/spring break group do not book our home!

Lovingly renovated house just steps away from the ocean. We were only able to stay a few days and wish it could have been longer. Everything was clean and tastefully decorated and our host was very quick to respond when we had a minor "plumbing" problem. The dogs settled in nicely and enjoyed sunbathing on the secure front porch. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to return! Thanks for being such an attentive host, Amanda.

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda’s newly remodeled cottage in South Nags Head. The cottage is lovely! The beds were very comfortable! And nice ocean views from the deck! We will definitely be back to stay again!Thank you for sharing your home!

Great home, wonderful beach gear, plenty of beach chairs, a wagon, although close proximity to the beach, we had brought things for the beach but didnt need to aside from beach towels. Lovely furnishings, very peaceful and well appointed. Lots of areas to spread out. We loved having dinner on the picnic table on front deck.
