Cozy n clean rooms! Massive premise. Clean pools. Breakfast was fabulous with a great variety! Just ten mins from the airport, so makes it easy for early morning flights! Staff is kind and courteous! Id love to mention about the Manager, Alok Kumar who attended to my complaint and ensured I was happy with the outcome. Room service can be improved as I found it very slow. But not a big deal. Overall, would highly recommend!

Gorgeous hotel and so close to the airport. The shuttle was amazing - Sammy our driver was SO helpful and friendly. And check in was also so quick and efficient for us getting in so late- thank you Cate! Will definitely be back anytime I’m in Nairobi and will recommend to everyone.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was lovely. The upgrade put me into a room with larger more comfortable room. Unfortunately it was on the front of the hotel with a nightclub just below my window. I am writing this review at 5 am because the nightclub music and highway traffic is making my falling back to sleep unlikely. I realize the hotel can do nothing about this, but I would only stay again if I could get a room on the other side of the building.
