We thought it was great and it is my choice for a return trip to Nairobi. The room was clean with no problems. The staff were amazingly accomodating getting us a ride to the airport on short notice in the middle of the night. I enjoyed the African breakfast. The hotel setting is garden like as well. Lovely!

Medium quality. Reception is no good. Restaurant is ok and the people there are nice. You can't use cash in this hotel, and they have no change. You risk to be stopped if you try to take food, or even fruit to the room. WiFi is no goood. Frogs in the pool .

Strange place with rules not to understand. Check in is difficult. Not allowed to take food/drinks to the room, not even fruit i was told. Low Quality service in the reception, WiFi come and goes. Restaurant is ok, but no guests. There are better places.
