Arrived in the Nairobi airport late and night and someone from Crowne plaza was able to arrange a shuttle. Quick and safe ride to the hotel. The room was nice and room service was still open and delicious. Breakfast was great too! Would definitely recommend

We love staying here when coming in and out Jomo Kenyatta. The free 24 hour shuttle is excellent. Reception is always stellar service. Only downside is the noise of trucks outside during the day.
