Scammers Apartments
Avoid this place like the plague, the daytime manager is a complete scammer, the very first morning of our stay he introduced himself and suggested to me that we have an adult's conversation as he wanted another 1000 Kenyan shillings per night, I said I paid via hotels.com website by credit card, his reply was that the complex was under new management and the tariffs were different, I said I have paid and the new management didn't affect my booking. He still insisted we had this adult chat in the afternoon. I still said I am not paying more than I had already paid, he constantly kept calling throughout saying the payment I had made went to another guy I was totally unaware of, the manage then got this guy to the complex and were talking to me about increasing the payment, I refused, and it carried on to the second day were things got very heated, eventually the manager kicked my 4 year old son my friend and myself out of the room and wanted 14000 Kenyan shillings before he would let us leave the complex. If I didn't pay, he was going to call the police I once again said I had already paid, I showed him my hotels.com proof of payment and my credit card statement proof of payment, he still wanted the 14000 KES and then to leave, we had nowhere to go as I didn't think he could force us out. After paying the 14000 I said to him I would never come back here again, and I will be putting in a serious complaint about him, his response to that was I don't care. He is a total scammer
