Room for improvement

The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence. Payment through Hotels.com was rejected and had to be done onsite. Hotels.com rate was unknown and had to be argued.

Påskeferie

Vi havde håbet på en god påske men synes ikke der var meget at komme efter .da vi kom fik vi at vide at køkkenet og resturanten havde valgt at holde lukket i hele påsken .og synes ikke der var meget på værelset når man er 2 er der kun en stol og ingen borde ud over natborde og ingen skabe og man kunne ikke købe noget som helst, men vi var så heldig at der var en bodega lige ved siden af og de var vældig søde og imødekommen ,men morgen maden synes vi også var lidt ringet når man bor på et hotel forventer man at der er lidt blandet morgen man mangled lidt frisk grønt til pynt og et frisk rundstyk men der var ikke meget forskel på fredag til søndag og vi kommer ikke igen

Der lugtede af kloak i receptionen, morgenmaden var yderst sparsom, værelset gammelt og slidt uden andre møbler end en seng og en stol. Der var ingen toilet papir og jeg mødte ikke personale, hverken i receptionen under ind eller ud Tjekkiet, ligesom der ingen var til stede ved morgenmaden, så da kaffemaskinen løb tør for for vand, var der bare ikke mere kaffe.

Helt almindeligt hotel med det, der skal være

Helt enkelt værelse med god seng, lænestol og eget bad. Ikke noget ekstra men pænt og rent og fint egnet til en enkelt overnatning. Restauranten var lukket, selvom den iflg hjemmesiden var åben :-(. Enkel men udmærket morgenmad med høflig selvbetjening.
