Room for improvement

The hotel is visibly old and could do with a refurbishment. The room was spacious but primitive. The restaurant is recently overtaken by two younger chefs and is excellent. The hotel and restaurant are seperate businesses. The hotel staff was kind but forgetful. My partner is intolerant to Gluten but despite having called in advance and been reassured that glutenfree bread was available, it was still forgotten twice at breakfast and long waiting as consequence. Payment through Hotels.com was rejected and had to be done onsite. Hotels.com rate was unknown and had to be argued.

Et sted at sove.

Billigt, I midten af Nakskov og derfor tæt på hvor jeg skulle være. Man skal kigge meget langt efter frugt og grønt til Morgenmaden- det tætteste man kommer det er bananchips og tørrede tranebær .. værelset er okay, det er en ældre bygning, men det er fint, forholdsvis nye senge virker det til.
