I had a great stay at Best Western Northgate. The location is excellent, close to shopping, restaurants, and easy access to major routes. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and professional atmosphere. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, fresh, and a good variety to choose from. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

During the clerks taking my reservation, she mentioned that she can take and inform the maids to do daily room service while we stayed there. Unfortunately on the last full day we were there, there was no room service, beds not made and no fresh towels. When we got back to the room late in the afternoon, I noticed this and phoned the front desk. She brought clean towels for us and apologized that the room was not done. I don't know what happened but the front desk knew how long we were staying and did not ask on the last day if I wanted room service? It was only the one day, so I think the room should of been made up each day.
