My room was good but washroom smelled as if it wasn’t brushed and cleaned after the last occupancy. The bathroom tub was little black, just horrible horrible smell!! Also, the last time I stayed at this hotel, the staff were soo accommodating. This time I asked for a plate and cutlery, they do have crockery plates available but she made a weird face both times I asked her. Like, stop counting pennies, it’s not like I’m a child who would break it or won’t wash it. She gave me a tiny snack paper plate which was honestly disrespectful. Horrible staff!!

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were absolutely fabulous. Special shout out to Scarlett who went out of her way to assist us when we had an unexpected hiccup in our travel plans! Will be staying there again for sure.

Short stop overnight stay

Plenty of parking next to the highway，staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and new, size is reasonable. Wall plug is underneath table and is not convenience to connect computer and charging phone.Gym and pool provided. Breakfast is included but is very basic. Overall is good but relatively expensive.

This hotel was very clean. Everything smelled fresh. The swimming pool is smaller but worked great and the water slide was fun. They had a great little gym that had bike, treadmill, elliptical, strider, free weights, and multi smith machine. They had a great breakfast in the morning. There is two service stations with convenience store and Tim Horton’s in the very immediate area. You are close to Ladysmith for a few restaurants and for a lovely park with beach access. It was a great stay.
