Horrible housekeeping

Nice location, friendly front desk staff. Worst housekeeping ever. For a 3 night stay, I had the facecloth changed once (no towels changed), the bed was never made up, the coffee center paper cups and coffee pods never replaced/refilled. The only housekeeping done consist was to empty the garbage. That’s it! I guess this is what represents the “light housekeeping “ they describe as the daily cleaning done in rooms. Will not stay here again. And, yes, I did have ask the front desk each day for more coffe and cups, which they happily gave me.

I really liked the location. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection. The hot tub was a bonus after a long day. The hotel is well maintained and is very quiet. This is my second stay here and I look forward to my next stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Beautiful location. Convenience store close by. Short staffed for breakfast both mornings. 1 person taking care of dushes and food. Suggest having more dishes, so staff doesn't need to wash so frequently and can focus on replenishing food.
