old old house thy tried renos. peeling paint there was silverfish.. tub was full of soap scum n shower ran while filling tub. really cold

The location worked well for our stay, and the host ultimately helped address our concerns. However, we encountered several issues upon arrival, including a plugged toilet, towels that were not ready, mold/mildew in the bathroom, and silverfish along the baseboards. Communication was also slower than expected at times. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are some maintenance and cleanliness items that could be improved.
