Very clean and convenient spot relative to downtown. Room was noisy at night from just hallway noise (uncarpeted and lots of traffic). Great breakfast restaurant on site!

I drove up to Nanaimo for a conference and, because Quality Inn had a place to charge my EV, I was able to take it instead of burning a lot of gas for the trip. The room was comfortable and quiet. The bed was a little soft for my liking, but generally, I had a good stay. The availability of hot tea near the front desk (as opposed to getting coffee tastes into it from using the pot in the room) was a really nice bonus. I would stay here again.

The room was excellent and the distance to the conference centre was eminently walkable in just a few minutes. It was great to have just a small distance between the hubub of the day and the relaxed quiet of the evening.

My wife and I stay at this hotel when we overnight in Nanaimo. The price is very reasonable and the rooms are quiet and clean. Also, the windows have good dark out cloth so that the rooms are perfect for sleeping in. We have never eaten breakfast at the hotel. It is not the oberoi or the Taj, but for the money, in Canada, it is a very good option. We actually prefer it to the Coast Hotel. Of course, if you want a real 5 star hotel, you have to go to the Leela, the Oberoi or the Taj.

This was my first time visiting Nanaimo to actually stay overnight. Most of my travels have been through the city. My stay here was a welcomed and comfortable space to land after a long day of driving. The staff that greeted me was the best! Kind, informative and friendly. And the bed! So comfortable! Happy to also have the restaurant on-site for breakfast and lunch.

Quiet & Clean near Old-town Nanaimo

Nice little hotel near the old town of Nanaimo. Quiet and out of the way. Looks like a refresh of a previous hotel but was clean and had all the things you need. Free water & coffee in the lobby and a fantastic little cafe attached. The front desk people were great.
