Déconseille cet hotel
J'avais une formation prévu sur Nancy j'ai réservé cet hôtel la photo de la chambre me paraîssait correct mais le ménage n'était pas à la hauteur il y avait plein de poils dans la salle de bain le pommeau de douche était cassé pas d'eau chaude et on entendait tout ce qui passe se passer dans les chambres aux alentours.

Qualité prix correct
Trés bon rapport / qualité prix. L'endroit est propre. Un problème lorsque j'ai voulu me rincer avec la douche, je n'avais plus d'eau chaude. je me suis donc rincer au lavabo A noter toutefois que la chambre est tres propre.

Personne pour nous accueillir, nous avons attendu le responsable au moins 20 mn. Façade de la hôtel à rénover ainsi que la porte d entrée. La chambre assez propre, gros problème sur la fermeture d un battant de la fenêtre qui rendait la fermeture de la fenêtre impossible. Chambre donnant sur la rue très bruyante. Nous avons averti le gérant qui n a pas donné suite à ce problème. De plus il n y avait pas de télécommande tv. Nous sommes répartis dans la demi heure, nous voyant pas passé la nuit dans ces conditions.

Il cliente ha ragione ma ...
Arrivati in albergo, mi dicono che è chiuso per lavori. Chiedo il rimborso di quanto pagato avendo come risposta che non è problema loro in quanto il pagamento è stato fatto presso un tramite. Con molta difficoltà, riesco a farmi fare un assegno ma ... In una prima banca mi hanno detto di andare presso la banca emittente (due giorni dopo causa chiusura week end); la banca emittente voleva un conto corrente aperto. In caso contrario mi dovevo rivolgere presso la mia banca in Italia, cosa che ho fatto avendo come risposta che non era possibile cambiare l'assegno. Ho quindi sentito Hotels.com che, previo verifica e molto gentilmente, mi hanno detto che sarei stato rimborsato. Sono, quindi, in attesa di rimborso (spero ...) ma i danni diretti ed indiretti? Ho dovuto perdere molto tempo in cerca di banche eliminando visite previste e cercare un altro hotel "seduta stante"! Non è una cosa simpatica .... Non dovrebbe succedere che si assegnino camere quando un albergo viene chiuso per lavori ma, almeno, i gestori si devono prendere tutte le responsabilità e provvedere nel migliore dei modi (rimborsare immediatamente e/o trovare sistemazione in altro albergo) invece di rispondere "Non è un nostro problema ma del sito sul quale ha prenotato".
