Good value for money.

Stayed at this hotel for its location. Right beside the tramway and also easy to walk to the centre from Place Viarme. For a short stay, it is good value for money. Unfortunately, the previous occupant(s) must have smoked in the room (not the hotel's fault as it is strictly a non-smoking hotel but they ought to do a better job of removing the smell).

Une excellente adresse à Nantes

Hôtel économique très bien placé tout à fait propre, et chambre en excellent état (mobilier, salle d'eau, revêtements ) .Lit très large et confortable . Réservation très facile et annulation possible jusqu'au jour de l'arrivée . Peu de personnel rencontré mais très sympathique . Animaux admis ce qui est rare et peut être très utile . Une adresse que nous retenons pour séjourner à Nantes
