In a sought-after neighbourhood, just a few steps from the Loire, enjoy the comfort of this 240 m2 house, with its swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 9 travellers.

On the ground floor, there is a large living space with a dining room and a comfortable, bright living room with a fireplace. To the side is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle....). These rooms communicate directly with the garden, perfectly exposed and tree-lined, where you will find a heated swimming pool (open from May to November). All of this is arranged around a sunny terrace, with garden furniture, where you can enjoy a drink or patiently wait for the barbecue grilled food prepared on the outdoor barbecue.



On the upper floor, there is a TV lounge, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The main bedroom overlooks a very pleasant terrace on beautiful days!

Finally, on the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a room with a single bed, as well as a washroom.



The house is located 20 minutes from the city centre on foot, public transport at the end of the street takes you there in 10. You are at the entrance of the Butte Sainte Anne district, where you will find local shops (food trades, restaurants...). On the cultural side, the Jules Verne museum, the planetarium or the machines of the island are just a few minutes walk away.



You will also include the Castle of the Dukes, the historic Bouffay district and the renowned Botanical Garden on the menu of your discoveries. The more daring aspects of the city will meet you on the Island of Nantes, near the Elephant and the Machines or in the evenings at the Lieu Unique. To change horizons, simply take the train or car to relax on the Atlantic beaches, a 3/4 hour drive away.
