A bit of a problem that we couldn't book in until 5. This was made clear but what was unclear was that there was no body at the hotel and before 5, the automatic booking was telling us the booking didn't exist. This made us a little anxious, so better communication on this would have been good. Otherwise, although it was away from the city centre, there were good transport links and the one member of staff we met was extremely friendly and helpful.
