Die Wohnung liegt nahe am Fluss Erdre, Bäcker und Supermarkt in direkter Nähe.Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist nicht bequem. Die Heizung ist ebenfalls im Schlafzimmer, sie macht viel Lärm und muss nachts ausgeschaltet werden.Ansonsten war die Wohnung angenehm, mit reichlich Platz für 2 Personen.
