Awful, unsafe accommodation

Arrived after reception had closed (as advised in advance) which went smoothly in terms of collecting key. However, arrived (single woman and young child) in room to find door wouldn't close fully and could be opened from outside. Child terrified and out of hours telephone number would not connect for the best part of an hour. Staff member finally answered telephone and told us "door was normal". Staff member attended room at my urging, refused to move us rooms and took another c. 20 minutes of playing with the lock to inform us that we had to slam the door with all our strength (at midnight) in order to close it properly. Child did not sleep as was terrified door would open during the night.

En arrivant et en rejoignant ma chambre, pas de chances il n'y avait pas de lumière, ni électricité. Equipe très reactive qui a su vite trouver une solution et a pu me proposer une autre chambre. La télécommande ne fonctionnait pas, juste une chaine etait disponible. Ce n'est pas très grave, je ne comptais pas passer ma soirée devant la tv. Literie confortable Chambre propre. Petit dejeuner peut-être faible en proposition (cake, oeufs brouillés ou pancakes) pour le prix. J'ai l'habitude des hôtels... et de voir les petits déjeuners proposés. Mais cela dit ça fait sans soucis l'affaire. Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Je recommande sans hésitations.
