Wonderful Stay

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay! The house was just as it appears in the listing - and even better. It was very clean and it was the perfect amount of space needed for a week away with our pups. Great location - easy to walk downtown or hop on bike trails. Excellent host! Would definitely love to stay there again.

Beautiful Nantucket Home

The home was beautiful and all of the appliances were up to date and in great condition. The only note was that the home had lots of ants, spiders, and flies (some of this to be expected). The cleaning crew appeared to miss some spots, ex - smelly dirty water and old flowers in vase. Other than these details, the stay was great and the home was lovely. Would recommend to others, just hopeful this was a cleaning mishap on our stay.

A hidden gem

Tucked right in the charm-soaked streets of downtown Nantucket, this cozy spot was everything I didn’t know I needed. I was only there 2 nights, but I feel like I had a very full and nourishing vacation. I’ll be back.

It was a quick stay unfortunately!! My husband and I loved this place. It had everything we needed and then some. Super easy walk to town. The outdoor space was amazing. It was very quiet and private. Hope to stay in this beautiful house again soon!

too often the photos and description of a property overstate the quality and charm of a place. This did not. Peaceful, charming, updated, well-kept. We loved it and as a result fell in love with Nantucket again. the property is perfect for any couple.

Perfect 10 Cottage

A long time visitor of 40 years to Nantucket and 5th time renting one of Theresa’s properties. We have never been disappointed with her rentals and her newest cottage rental was an absolute delight to stay in. Everything from bedding to decor to appliances was high end quality and there was an abundance of supplies on hand. The walk to town was less than 10 minutes. The cottage was small but very quaint and we were very comfortable (2 of us and the dog) but easily could’ve had one extra on the pull out couch. The chocolates, flowers and Sonos music playing were all much appreciated. Highly recommend this cottage and all of Theresa’s properties. Never disappoints and will be back!
