Noisy until 10 pm because of party in conference room on first floor. We didn't know about this event and needed to wake up early the next morning. Customers should be advised of events or construction on site before booking room.

Drains did not work in the bathroom sink & the tub drain was even worse! Complementary coffee in our room was non existent not to mention the coffee pot was full of water which smelled horrible! As a Hilton Honors (my wife) member, we are appalled that we have to enter our own info to watch TV not to mention we had to pay for parking! This is the second horrible experience we have had with Hilton in the last 2 months! We will no longer be staying with Hilton or their subsidiaries. Our busy will be with Wyndham!

We enjoyed our stay on black Friday weekend at Hampton Inn. The breakfast was great! Our only issue was that the hot tub was closed. Surprisingly I asked about it at check in and the receptionist didn’t mention anything. So we went down in our swimsuits only to find out it’s not working! Otherwise, everything was fine!
