I like the hotel because it's close to restaurants and shopping areas, and to First Street and Main Street. Parking was great. Clean rooms, good breakfast, polite customer service. Three things we did not like, the floors are too thin, we were on the ground floor, which was convenient since we did not have to go up and down the stairs. But at night, we could hear the hard footsteps from the room above us. At 11 PM until late hours we heard the footsteps like marching on our ceiling. Then when someone from another room took shower, we could hear the shower. The other noise, the carts of the housekeeping. The first morning, I had to look outside because I thought there was a train and they just kept passing by pulling their carts. So loud and irritating. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Property is a good choice for families. Room size offers adequate accommodations for a family of four. Complimentary buffet breakfast was delicious served by friendly staff. Shopping and fast food restaurants are within walking distance. Not far driving distance from downtown Napa and all it has to offer.

Not sure what made the the room a suite? The breakfast room staff was just okay. Not super inviting. Erika was good. Pillows are too bulky and uncomfortable.

Great value, excellent staff

Staff was excellent and so was the property. Only complaint would be the thin walls and ceiling. But we realize this was done when it was built. We could hear footsteps constantly from the upstairs guests. Also, conversation in adjacent rooms downstairs was very clearly heard.

Okay, clean, but dated, breakfast decent

It was okay for a night. It's clean at least, but dated. Water pressure was poor upstairs so shower was light in the water flow. Heater got uncomfortable even set on lower temps. It ran alot and was a bit noisy. Breakfast was okay with scrambled eggs included. Made it more of a bonus with that.
