Made to order breakfast was my reason for staying & it did not disappoint! All the wait staff were great! The receptionists answered texts promptly. I do feel like they could greet guests when they walk in the door which would’ve felt more welcoming. Also, the beds in our room were so soft and unsupportive, we did toss and turn a lot with some trouble sleeping. I explained to receptionist checking out and she said she’d tell the manager. The unsupportive beds are the only reason I didn’t give the hotel 5 stars. Otherwise, it was a great deal!

The outdoor fire pit looks nice, except they shut it down at 9pm so we were unable to use it when returning from dinner. Seems early. There was no decaffeinated coffee in the lobby. The room was clean and comfortable.

Was looking for a Valentines weekend getaway and found this one. What really intrigued me was the jacuzzi in the room as I got the whirlpool suite. Everything was so clean and modern. The lobby had a fireplace, a convenience store, and restaurant making it convenient if you aren’t too picky and need a quick bite. The staff was always present and attentive offering to hold my bags while waiting for the room. They also answered all my questions I had (ev charging, breakfast, towels, and toothbrush/toothpaste). If it had a free ev destination charger and free breakfast it would have been the perfect stay but you will need to pay for those. Not a dealbreaker but I had some hesitation justifying to myself as there are other hotels which offer this for free. Would definitely come back again.
