The location of this hotel is great. That is the only thing it has going for it. The heater/air conditioner front panel fell off in the middle of the night on its own. The second day we did not have housekeeping service and when we asked at the front desk we were told that they didn’t have enough rooms booked so they did not have housekeeping come to work. There was no communication to us that this was going to happen and we had to ask for fresh towels, etc. There was a lot of noise during the night like they were working in some of the rooms. The stairs to get to the second floor were bumpy and were not safe. The bathroom had black mold around the caulking, cracked tiles in the bathroom. The shower head was so low. The side chair was so soiled that I would not sit in it.

The hotel staff were always very courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was quite poor. In my first room, the carpet had dirt on it and clearly had not been vacuumed. I was switched to another room where the carpet was also dirty but not as bad as the first. Sheets and towels were clean. Shower worked well. However, there were ants on one side wall and the sink didn't drain very well. By the end of my 3 days, the sink didn't drain at all. The blankets were thin so I asked for an extra. The blankets given to me were clearly not washed.

Napa Road Trip

Reception staff were outstanding and very knowledgeable on the area. The guy gave great recommendations on places to eat and visit. Hotel is very clean and located in a very central spot for exploring Napa. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I had a very nice one night stay here January 2025. Napa had just started a month long walking light-art exhibit and it was all within a block or two, just perfect and what an unexpected bonus. Nice helpful staff, clean room. You couldn't find a better place to stay if you want easy access walking distance to so much of the best Napa has to offer such as The Blue Note, Uptown Theatre, etc.

A great place for the price. Right in downtown Napa so you can walk to all of the locations. Courteous staff, clean, and comfortable firm bed (for me; your mileage may vary). Rooms seem to have been recently renovated. No real noise. This is a motel, not a bed and breakfast so it’s a place to sleep with easy access to restaurants, etc, not really a destination spot to lounge around all day. Worked out great! Will return.
