I didn't like that breakfast close too early at 10AM. Because no lunch is available, breakfast should be keep open until 11:30AM.

The River Terrace Inn was a fabulous place to stay for our visit to Napa. A beautiful setting on the river, with a clean, comfortable room and a professional, attentive staff. It's great location made walking into town or over to the Oxbow Market a pleasure.

The hotel was a nice clean place. Close to the Napa Wine Train; 5 min walk. And close to many nice restaurants. Would recommend it if you are taking the Wine Train or visiting Napa wineries.

Stay here if you enjoy getting nickel-and-dimed

I believe that a hotel should tell you about the price *before* you buy from them, not *after*. Well, the owner of this hotel doesn't agree. They added a $40 "destination fee" to my one-night stay as I was checking out. That was the first time they mentioned this fee to me. Who knows what this secret fee will be when *you* stay here? If they are hiding their price, what else are they hiding? I'm never staying here again.

Loved the location, on the river and convenient to both downtown and the wine train. Did not love the musty smell that was coming from the water from the sink or shower. It only smelled like that in the bathroom when the water was running, kind of concerning. Besides that the hotel was clean and comfortable.
