For guest awareness, portions of the lawn area along the seawall are currently cordoned off for safety due to sinkholes. These areas are being stabilized with sandbags where appropriate. Plans for a new seawall are already underway and currently in the planning and permitting stages, with construction anticipated in late 2026 or early 2027. The remainder of the outdoor areas remain available for guest enjoyment!
