Paki Maui 316 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the third floor with wonderful garden views from your lanai and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, bringing natural light into the condo. The condo does not have air conditioning. Enjoy preparing meals at home with a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub/shower combo. The living room includes a Queen size sleeper sofa.
Paki Maui features an oceanfront pool, hot tub, BBQ grills with picnic areas, and a coin-operated laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees at the resort. Paki Maui is a five-story oceanfront resort located on the West side of Maui between Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Paki Maui is in the neighborhood of Honokowai with shopping, restaurants, and beach rentals across the street. This unit needs better cleaning and upgrading
The unit was not cleaned adequately prior to our arrival. After discussion with "My Perfect Stay", most of our concerns were responded to promptly and appropriately.

Comfortable, quiet and clean
We had a great time at Paki Maui 316. A quiet, clean and comfortable unit. Nice amenities, with extra supplies that made our stay a breeze. The bed seemed newer and was really nice. Lots of storage, beach supplies and wonderful location. Well organized and simple check in process.
