Spring Break Heaven

My friend and I decided to take our daughters on spring break to Naples. This house was absolutely perfect for our much needed time away to relax and enjoy the sun. The pool is absolutely perfect for lounging (only went to the beach one day because the heated pool was that perfect). The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, and the open floor plan was perfect for our group. We hope to come back to visit again next year! Thank you to the hosts for a great experience!

Beautiful and comfortable home.

Fun girls weekend! Super clean and comfortable home. Amazing heated pool and patio area with enclosed outdoor shower. We enjoyed this pool everyday! Everything we needed we could find in the house. Very nice special touches with coffee, sugar, creamers to get us started. Brita filter water jugs were available. Extremely comfortable beds, quality linens, towels and pool towels. Loved that they accommodated recycling. We did not want to leave!

Great Experience

Excellent location near the beach and shopping. The property was well maintained, and we also enjoyed the heated pool. Quick response and communication with the host. Overall I would recommend and will stay here again.

Cheap.....but good location

Overall I was disappointed in this rental. The front of the house looks nice from the outside but once inside, you will realize that whoever did the renovation spent as little as possible and the work was sloppy and low-quality. All of the plumbing fixtures were cheap and loose...the master shower fixture wasn't even secured to the tile wall. The second bathroom shower curtain was covered with black mold and the tub floor was dirty and the surface was cracked. The kitchen cabinets looked like the original cheap cabinets with a quick spray of white paint on them. There was actually overspray on the inside of the cabinets. The washer/dryer was in the garage...which was dirty and partially full of junk. The floor tile was cheap and chipped in a couple places...and there was about a two inch gap between the tile and the dishwasher....that gap was a gathering spot for dirty and debris. Yes, everything was functional but done very cheaply. The ice maker in the fridge was not hooked up to a water line so it was useless. Occasional flicker in the ceiling can lights which suggested some electrical issues. I'm guessing that the reno was done by unskilled, cheap labor or DIY'ers who don't know what they're doing. The furniture was nice and the pillows were good. The comforter in the second bedroom was stained with what looked like makeup. The manager was polite and responsive and sent in the cleaners while we were at the beach after we pointed out a few issues but again, the cleaners can't fix the cheapness of the place. The backyard was basically an overgrown mess. If all you're looking for is a place to crash...this place will do. The front of the house had new windows but every other window in the house looked liked the original 1950's crank-outs with a caulk job around them that looked like a four year old did it. The paint job was comical. The kitchen had an uncovered electrical outlet...not very safe since it was at eye level for a small kid. We tend to look for and have rented much nicer places to make our vacations an enjoyable experience all around. Location was ideal and I imagine that this North Naples area will look much different in 10 years (definitely a few sketchy looking houses in this area).

Very much enjoyed our stay, a few minor issues but not enough to detract from our stay. Great location for us. In the middle between beach and family. House and neighborhood were excellent. Eric was awesome, responding quickly to our inquiries. Lost a pair of prescription sunglasses which he found after we left and is sending them to us . Thank you Eric, all was appreciated. Chris
