The house was large and located very close to the beach. The pool was nice. However, the furnishings were old (couch propped up on 2x4 and stained, beds creaky and very hard etc.) and the kitchen was barely outfitted (for example, 8 glasses for a house that sleeps over 10). It could use some updates and new furniture but it was still a very convenient place to stay.

While we had a very good stay in the house, the treatment was good and the host was responsive, the house didn’t feel super clean from the very beginning. Throughout the week we have seen bugs and cockroaches inside the house while keeping everything clean and also some bugs on the beds. Location is very good and our group of 16 had plenty of place in the house.

Fantasic golf trip

We had this house and a neighbour house for 12 guys in total and spent one of best trips ever. Best with this house are the many bedplaces with individual beds.

Spring Break in Naples

This location was clean and had a lot to offer. There is a ton of space and to relax and comfy beds to sleep in. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and making meals in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this property to families and friends!

nice location with a lot of room

We needed a larger home for a golf trip. Having six rooms and all the bathrooms in this home was perfect for our group. This is our second time at the home because its clean and extremely well appointed too. The pool was a great bonus to have on a few hot days.
