The window doors opened onto a type of courtyard along with four other units . This meant I could not open the windows/door during the night . Somehow this should be addressed. Also I asked for a different room away from lifts because of people noise..Unfortunately this could not be accommodated. One staff member offered a free tea to compensate.

Convenient location close to the train station and also close to the pick up point for a tour we booked. Room was a good size and for the price we were happily surprised with just how good the hotel and room was. It's got a cool terrace on the roof with 360degree views all over Naples. Wifi was strong. Only negative is that particular area felt really dodgy and my husband and I who are both well traveled did not feel safe venturing out at night. We were happy to arrive in the daytime as walking from the train station at night would have been scary. There is a Mcdonalds pretty much next door which has security if you want a lazy snack. I've been told other parts of naples have a nicer vibe but we used this hotel and area as a base to explore Amalfi and for this it was perfect.
