Disliked: Staff & service
We paid hotels.com directly and did not stay at this property as they are not a true hotel. They sent text messages to fill out a form and give them info to share with third parties, just to get a code to enter the hotel room. No person at the property to hand you a key . I did not know this would be the procedure.
