First off, the hotel picture are misleading. The colorful building pictured is next door. The front desk staff was friendly but unorganized. We were given keys to a room that was being painted. The hallway ceiling was tiles had mildew and the carpets were stained. The room we finally did get checked into had a nice bay view but it was musty. The bathroom was extremely small and old. On a positive note, it is in a nice walkable location. Would not stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, near a marina, shops, restaurants and bars. The hotel is clean and quiet with live music on the weekends. The room was nicely decorated with a small sitting area. We will stay there in the future.

Beautiful hotel! I was very impressed with the location and style of this facility. When it was time for dinner we had drinks at the bar downstairs and walked across the street to Tin City (a staple of Naples). Although some aspects of Bayfront seemed outdated (I.e. bathroom) I am looking forward to my next stay! Thank you.

We had a great time, very convenient location, walking distance to downtown. Staff very courteous. Had an issue with our first room, had a musty odor, may have been from the AC unit. Moved to a much nicer room, lovely view. Thank you, Nick, who set us up with the nicer room. Will definitely return again.

Grounds are clean the rooms are basic But you can hear people walking on upper floor through night. Ac in my room not the greatest and I was charged for parking when at the time it was complimented and I was told at the front desk by staff it will be removed but they lied, it was never removed then I call hotel front desk manager and was told she would email me a receipt but that never happened so basically I’m paying for parking now be aware of staff they will say yes to your face but deny it all !! And the elevators are very Florida slow
