I love the room. It was nice and clean fresh. The bed was awesome. I mean the place was immaculate but that friggin kiosk when you check in and into the lobby is got to go I mean, whatever happened to human customer service. This is taking it over the edge, I went to the kiosk got my Paperwork and then got up to the second floor where I was directed to go and had no room number on the receipt so by the time I made it all the way back down to the lobby with all my luggage there’s two people in line imagine that so I pick up the lobby phone thinking that might help did not help. I’m telling you people the kiosks gotta go

There was a nice little diner just across the street for lunch. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained. It closed at 9:30, which I thought was a bit early for the weekend. I also wish the pool was heated. The staff was very helpful, especially in getting us extra towels and washcloths. The price was the best we found in the area, and the beach was only a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

Its a clean room, breakfast was the normal, muffins, cereal & waffles (same thing everyday). Room service did not replace towels or coffee supplies. But overall a clean shower & comfortable bed

This place was run down but not terrible. The biggest issue was a remote receptionist for check in. It was very impersonal and didn’t feel safe as anyone could easily walk into the hotel. The breakfast was okay. I would not stay here again due to the check in experience.

I did not like the fact that a "virtual' check-in was the only check-in procedure available. No one was at the front desk, but a tech screen had "Mark" a person on another continent being my front desk agent. This is not a safe way to register a guest. There could have been someone waiting to the side of me and the check-in person was not aware that I could be in danger from a stranger entering the front door. Poor, disrespectful and unsafe method of registering guests. There needs to be a live, in-person agent at the front desk registering guests.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Adequate parking. Housekeeping, can be improved. I asked for a couple of bathtowels at around 4 PM upon check-in. Around 10.00 PM, a room attendant brought two hand towels and two wash rags! (I did not need those)

Just okay…

Stay was just okay. Check in was odd with digital check in process with agent over video screen and a machine to dispense key, all while the employee at the actual check in desk beside the machine is just watching you. Not sure I totally understand point of that set up. Heat didn’t really work in room, they didn’t seem to really care or even offer to look at it when I asked about it and requested two extra blankets. I only received one and they said they would drop another on in a bit when they were ready which never happened. It was okay overall, the price was competitive, but don’t know that I would stay here again.
