Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put sheets, comforter and used towels in the laundry room. Set thermostat to 76°F Turn off all lights, make sure remotes are in their respective holders, + TV remote next to TV.
Return all beach gear. Before brining anything back inside, kindly use the handheld whisk broom (located in the beach storage cabinet in the kitchen) to brush off chairs bags and other items outside.

The condo was very clean and has all the beach items needed, like towels, back pack cooler and chairs which was very convenient. Great location not far from the beaches in Naples. We ran into a few minor issues and the host responded immediately. Clam pass is a cool beach with free golf rides to the beach. We also checked out Tiger Tail in Marco Island if you do not mind a 1/2 mile hike to the water. Also the pool area had pool floats and a refrigerator, grill and bathroom which was nice. Be aware which pool to go to. Crown point is the wrong pool. Had a nice view of water with fountain. Would definitely reccomend.
