Good value for Naples. Very basic room no real amenities. For example, there are some plates and utensils but barely and no sponge or soap provided to clean them. Towels have no hooks to hang and dry, living room space table a fold out that is almost broken, almost tipped over every day, etc. good internet, good AC if needed..

Alla fine del soggiorno NON MI E' STATA RILASCIATA LA FATTURA, nonostante averla richiesta telefonicamente alla proprietaria, unico contatto avuto con la struttura su whatsapp dove ho inviato tutto ciò richiesto stesso mezzo, mi sembrava giusto e corretto fiscalmente ricevere la fattura. Comunque in questo ci dovrebbero essere controlli da parte di Expedia, e mi dispiace perchè in passato ho fatto altri acquisti con Expedia e non ci sono mai stati inconvenienti ma sempre tutto perfetto.

Delusione

Esperienza del tutto negativa. Per causa della vostra pessima organizzazione, dopo infinite telefonate, non sono riuscito ha contattare la struttura quindi non ne abbiamo usufruito. Il costo pattuito mi e stato comunque addebitato, ho inviato una mail per una richiesta di rimborso ma non mi hanno neanche risposto. Sicuramente faro’ tutto il possibile perché tutti sappiano, social e non.
