Marco greeted us upon arrival and provided so many great recommendations. The room was fantastic and we chose a balcony room and it was well worth it with great city views. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Stay here because its very close location to ferry boast and airport bus, fairly early check-in and nice room pictures online. The actual hotel room was roomy, modern and nice. The bathroom/shower was great. Nice towels. Good view of things from the 7th floor. Very friendly personnel that gave me direction and help me drop our bags off early. Easy walk to other attractions. Really loved this place. If i back in Naples, I will stay here.

Day of arrival, Mario texted us via WhatsApp. We were able to communicate and let him know our new arrival time (8 hours later). He waited for us. Helped us with luggage, gave us the information we needed. The staff was absolutely wonderful, kind, friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Across the street from port. We would stay there again. Ciao Marina was definitely the right choice to stay while in Naples, Italy. Not only was it a beautiful hotel to stay in, but also had everything in a walkable manner. Next to the pier with its lovely view, but also get to see the town up north as well. Mario help me get to my room the moment I arrive through the hotel. Explaing the hotel features, but also help navigate everything around the city, like what museums to visit, parks, restaurants, tickets etc. Mario made not only my stay feel welcome, but also felt safe to be in his hotel and enjoy my time visiting Naples. Definitely will come back one day to re-enjoy my time again. Grazie Mario.

Positives: Close to the port if you’re getting on a cruise Negatives: Reception is not 24 hours. They were able to accommodate by leaving the key on the counter which was good but because there were no human help, there were issues that couldn’t be resolved. When we were trying to leave the building to get late night food we were unable to, as the building is locked from the inside. In order to unlock the door, there was a button 10ft behind but the button was broken and pushed into the wall. We were starving and couldn’t leave. No reception to help us. We messaged the desk and the person replying would not address it but would respond with something irrelevant. The shower was easily flooded. There were flies in the room. The complex itself was a little eery too. I wouldn’t consider this a “hotel”. More like a motel.

One of the best places I’ve stayed in. Don’t let the outside of the building deter you. Once you walk into the hotel’s floor, you forget all about the outside. The staff is so kind. Shout out to Rosy!! I loved this place so much I extended my stay. Did not want to leave Napoli. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to the port to catch a ferry out to the nearby islands or for a cruise. Thank you for making me feel welcomed!

Great Service, Beautiful Rooms, Great Location

Even more beautiful rooms than in the pictures (which already looked amazing). Very clean and tidy, with great, attentive and easily accessible service. I’m usually a bit skeptical, but this stay was a truly positive surprise – even though expectations were already high from reviews and photos. Perfect location close to everything and right by the harbor, with ferries to places like Ischia and Sorrento. Especially loved the smart TV, making it easy to log into our own streaming services. If we come back to Naples, this won’t be our last stay here. Thank you for a wonderful 4-night visit.

Erinomaisella paikalla. Lentokenttäbussi, retkibussit ja lauttasatama n. 200 metrin päässä. Helppo lähteä tutustumaan kaupunkiin eri suuntiin. Huone oli siisti ja viileä, jääkaappiin mahtui omiakin juomia. Välipaloja ja vesipullot kuuluvat hintaan. Sänky hyvä, samoin suihku ja kylpyhuone. Parveke kiva lisä. Lähin uimaranta (Lungomare) noin kolmen kilometrin rantakävelyn päässä. Rannalla suihku. Kokonaisuus omatoimimatkailijalle tosi kiva.
