This house is lovely. So close to the beach! Well appointed kitchen. The only disappointment was that the ice maker didn't work. And, suggestion, the small rugs on either side of the bed were slippery on the floor. Could be a safety issue for some. Overall, excellent. We would rent here again.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay, the home is just as in pictures. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Fun to sip coffee on the front porch and people watch or stay in the shade on the spacious and comfy lanai. Liked having a garage to keep the car cool. Really enjoyed the bikes to ride to beaches and the park is close by. Definitely recommend

Great value for your money!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property which for the price was one of the best places we have stayed recently in Naples Park. Loved being within walking distance to the beach. House was spacious with lovely back yard, comfortable beds and furnishings, well equipped kitchen, decent beach chairs and bikes. Enjoyed meeting the owner Frank who was a great host. Hope to do it again sometime soon!

Great for a getaway!

This property is perfectly located!! The beach is right there, plenty to do if you need a break from the beach, and many delicious restaurants near by.The house was clean, well kept, and welcoming. We traveled with a toddler and our host allowed for an earlier check in so they could have their nap. We had a slight mishap with the AC but our host was extremely responsive.

Mother’s Day weekend getaway…

We live in Tampa, and decided we wanted to spend the weekend in Naples for Mother’s Day. This house was the perfect choice! Close to everything beautifully decorated, immaculately clean in, and everything you could possibly need for a wonderful getaway. Frank provided excellent communication. This will definitely be a repeat rental for us!
