The personnel, front desk, the whole team were all great! What drove me crazy was the shower not having a whole glass door, water kept running out into the floor and had to used the towels to dry it up every time we took a shower. The toilet (water conservation) just not the right one to have…..there are other that perform better. Other than that we were pleased!

Our room was very clean & spacious. The staff cleaned the room everyday. The staff was courteous & breakfast was very good. They always had coffee, tea, water, & tiny servings of key lime pie/cookie in the lobby. Many good restaurants in walking distance or a short drive, especially Mr. Big Fish. There’s a variety of restaurants in the area & the beach is nearby, clean & not crowded. Definitely would recommend this hotel. The only problem was there is only one elevator working. It also would be fine if they had a hot tub.

From checkout to bartender absolutely exceptional service and wonderful experience! Stayed one night and I had to book an extra two more nights because I didn’t want to leave. I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was outstanding, and the entire property was spotless. The customer service was top-notch—every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and eager to assist with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.
