I have rented many houses across Florida, but this one stood out for its cleanliness. It was absolutely spotless both inside and in the lanai pool area. The house is exactly as advertised. Well taken care of; quite neighborhood; everything you need in the property; very accommodating owner; handy to Naples points of interest; the view is lovely as are the muscovy ducks, Florida mottled ducks, Osprey, blue gray gnatcatchers, mockingbirds, cardinals, anhingas, cormorants, killdeer, loggerhead shrike and many other birds seen from while comfortably seated in the lanai. Also a pair of otters and sunning cooter turtles.
