Staff was super nice. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked great. Bathroom was nice and looked like it had been semi-recently remodeled. Area of town looked safe. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the bathroom window wouldn't lock and that made me nervous someone could break in. I didn't discover this until 11pm when it was too late to call.

Check-in was smooth (just note that it’s done elsewhere, down the road) We had a premium room which was spacious and clean. Somewhat hard bed but the real problem is the extreme noise from outside and between rooms. You can hear everything they talk about next door. If you can stand that this place can absolutely be recommended.

One thing about Everglade City, it is quant as hell. The hotel room was small but great for two people who just need a place to lay their heads down. All the amenities are there and everything is super close.

Very accommodating staff. The room was clean and nicely done, with a good size kitchenette. Beds were comfortable. The only suggestion, if a mirror was hung somewhere in the living area, outside the bathroom, it would be more convenient for multiple guests. Maybe, above the sink in the kitchen?? And a hook in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, great experience!!
