2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Carriage Home with beautiful Lanai and an Attached Garage. The Carriage home includes a washer and dryer and has fabulous upgrades including: Electric shutters on Patio, upgraded white kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, freshly painted, new hot water tank. The AC system is newer as well.The master bedroom has a large King size bed with new mattress and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom is furnished with two beds (queen and full) and new mattresses.
Lakeside is a gated community with a 40-acre lake and offers many amenities, including two swimming pools, spa, and a two-story Old Florida clubhouse, complete with weight room, shower, kitchen facilities, library and game rooms. Engage in friendly competition with facilities for pickleball, clay tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball, and bocce ball. A 1.5 mile walking path meanders through an award-winning lush landscape including two lighted lake fountains. Lakeside is located close to everything - 5 minutes to Mercato, 8 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach or Clam Pass Beach & only 20 minutes to downtown Naples.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property. Great location, fully stocked kitchen and very responsive owner. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.

Excellent property and location

The property was updated and fully stocked. Location was excellent for navigating around Naples. Lakeside community residents were very welcoming. Excellent overall stay. We are planning on returning again next year

Great place - conveniently located!

This condo is very clean and has all the amenities you could need while staying there. This unit has a lovely lake view and a nice porch. The grounds and common area (pools, club house, BBQ area) are well maintained and impressive. The owners could not be nicer or more helpful. It was certainly a pleasure to deal with them. Our longer-term stay was comfortable and enjoyable!
