Great hotel but the staff made it excellent from Bruno at the front desk to the bellman Giovanni. The breakfast staff was wonderful. Filipo and Elizabeth took great care of us and Antonio is a great cook. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the shopping district and harbor.

Outstanding staff throughout the property. Food services are excellent. The breakfast options were enormous; the roof top bar experience a reason in itself to stay; and the chef for the main dining room prepares creative and exceptionally prepared meals. A reasonable walk to almost all activities in Napoli.
