Dated and rooms not clean. Rust in bathroom shower. Staff not overly friendly. The bellman were great! Miguel was great. Great they have umbrellas and chairs all set on beach.

The room was spacious and very clean so was the bathroom. Very friendly and helpful hospitality staff! Always wanting to make our stay fun and enjoyable! Pool servers, bartenders and wait staff were very nice and helpful!

I called several days before to get something special set up in the room for my fiance birthday and after they told me yes, they were going to have a scheese board with a bottle of wine set up, I was fine, the day before out check in I called to confirm this request and they kept transfering me from from desk to restaurant services etc... at the end on checking day, nothing was set up. Service was nonexistant, not even bothered to offer to carry our luggage. This is supposed to be a great hotel, but is not, save your money and go to Marco Beach Ocean Suites, cheapet and better costumer service!!!

Shower had mold fan in bathroom was on constantly. Charged $40/day to park when Expedia said all charges were covered. Also hot with a $40/ day resort fee.

Beautiful location, not too crowded, hot tub and pool had adequate room and was at a comfortable temperature. Staff was great, very comfortable and restful vacation spot.

The beach has a bar cart going around all day, that was convenient. The hot tub was amazing. Live music every night was cool. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the restaurant is nice as well. Everyone was very nice. It’s pricy but worth it considering it’s in one of the nicest places in Florida we’ve visited. Very well maintained area.
